Meeting the Needs of Survivors and Communities Through Org. Development

JDI was asked to review the landscape of capacity building and technical assistance practices across related fields by the MA Department of Public Health as they were implementing a large re-procurement of state funding for sexual and domestic violence programs in MA.  Some coalitions participated through surveys and interviews.  While the original report was larger and contained state specific recommendations, another version was created for broader dissemination. So much of our work is defined as technical assistance and capacity building and yet, we don’t often discuss it in depth.  So, please share as you wish to and we hope you find some aspect of it to be of use.
