In addition, when you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information and analytical data related to your use of the Site and Services. Log Data may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the date and time of your visit, the pages on which you click, and information about your web browser (collectively, “Log Data”). We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and Service, to increase our Site’s functionality and user-friendliness to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs, and for the Site’s technical administration. Log Data information will not be compared, associated, or combined with Personal Information you share with us; however, log data, such as IP Address, by itself, may be personally identifiable information.
Cookies
Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. Cookies are simple text files stored on your computer web browser to identify your computer when it accesses our Site. If you are a user who has been granted access to the private side of the Site, we use cookies to identify your registration ID and login password so you can access the Site. We may also use “cookies” to assist in data collection and to analyze visitor Site usage and trends to help us better serve you. Most browsers allow you to reject cookies; however, if your web browser rejects cookies, some areas of the Site may not have full functionality.
Some of our business partners (e.g., analytical tracking software providers) may use cookies and tracking technologies on the Site. We have no access to or control over these cookies or tracking technologies. In addition, we use a tool called Google Analytics™ to collect information about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as users’ IP address (which contains location information), how often users visit this Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they were using prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the Site. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information. Although Google Analytics plants a persistent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site is restricted by the Google Analytics’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. NNEDV’s Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies or tracking technologies by Google Analytics or any other business partner.

Your Rights
Opting Out
While we may need Personal Information for certain Services, you can always “opt-out” of accessing those Services. Users are welcome to unsubscribe from notifications at any time, and donors can donate anonymously by mailing us a cashier’s check or cash through the mail.
Update Your Information
You can update the Personal Information we have about you at any time by contacting us using one of the methods described in the “Contact Information” section below.
Donations

To make this possible, your name, billing address, and donation amount are shared via secure (encrypted) means with this third-party payment processor for the sole purpose of completing your order. Salsa Labs collect your Personal Information and makes that information available to NNEDV for us to send you a receipt. Your credit card information (number, expiration date, security code) is provided directly to and collected by PayPal PayFlow. NNEDV does not retain or see full credit card information. It is important to review the privacy policy of the third-party affiliate and credit card processor prior to providing this information to see if their privacy policy is acceptable to you. Although all donated funds will be routed back to NNEDV, the terms of processing your donation will be based on the agreement between you and such designated payment service provider and not an agreement between you and NNEDV.
