We are excited to share with you a Snapshot of the WomensLaw Email Hotline in 2023!

The snapshot shows how we improved our performance from the year before. It also includes some interesting statistics about who used the bilingual WomensLaw Email Hotline.

Throughout the year, we helped 6,423 people in English and Spanish on the Email Hotline—more than twice as many users as served in 2022. With the addition of new staff and volunteers, we could keep the Email Hotline open for longer periods, only closing it sporadically due to capacity. This helped us connect more survivors and advocates with timely, personalized legal information and resources.
