Required Qualifications:
- A combination of five years of formal education and professional experience in community, trade, or economic development with a focus in programmatic support in social or human services.

Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with co-workers and contractors and applicants.
Proven aptitude for accuracy, detail, and quality control. Ability to plan ahead and anticipate work that can be completed early to set up a process for success.
- Experience with Word and Excel, including developing forms.
- Familiar with plain talk concepts.
- Two or more years of professional experience providing crime victim services and/or administration of services within a crime victim advocacy related program.
- Experience working in or with non-profit organizations or social services agencies – administrative supports, planning, leadership, human relations, and fiscal and data management.
- Customer service experience working in a variety of setting.

Description:
This position provides administrative support and technical assistance on the development of OCVA’s grants, proposals (RFPs), and other related funding documents and processes. This position will also contribute to the unit’s operations team and supports the mission of the program.
