Description:
The County of San Mateo’s District Attorney’s Office is seeking a capable and multifaceted Project Coordinator to oversee all activities related to the strategic planning, development, and management of the District Attorney’s Office’s newly proposed Family Justice Center.

Under the direction of the District Attorney’s Office, the Project Coordinator will be working with community partners and stakeholders to develop a one-stop holistic service and support center for families and survivors of domestic violence, family violence, sexual assault, child abuse, stalking, human trafficking, and elder abuse. The mission of the Center will be to support survivors and their families by creating a single destination to receive crucial services and support.

The San Mateo County Family Justice Center will be a District Attorney led, multi-disciplinary service center where both public and private partner agencies will assign staff on a full-time or part-time basis to provide services from one location. The Center’s focus will be reducing the number of times survivors tell their story, reducing the number of places they must go for help, and through active collaboration with community-based organizations, increasing the quality of services and support they receive.
