Description:
The Executive Director (ED) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Abbie Shelter’s staff, programs, community relations, and execution of its mission. They will develop deep knowledge of the intimate partner violence (IPV) field, core programs, operations, and business plans. The ED reports to and is evaluated by the Board of Directors and is directly supervised by the Board Chair. This exempt position is in person in Kalispell, Montana.
