NNEDV’s 8th Annual Economic Justice Summit

The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) hosted our 8th Annual Economic Justice Summit March 10-13, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA.

As part of our ongoing work to highlight and address the intersection of domestic violence and economic security, this national, three-day Summit brought together advocates, state and territorial domestic violence coalitions, national experts, researchers, evaluators, and allies to discuss and share strategies to improve economic security for domestic violence survivors.

The Summit featured speakers, panel discussions, and workshops on a range of topics. Our goals for the Summit were to provide a space to examine the systems that inform economic justice work; to share concrete and innovative tools; to identify emerging issues including national and local policy solutions; and to strengthen partnerships between the movement to end domestic violence and anti-poverty movement.

Summit Dates

Monday, March 10 – Thursday, March 13, 2025

(March 10 included Early Registration and an optional evening Welcome Reception. Sessions began on March 11.)

Summit Theme

Financial Wellness: Embracing Abundance and Innovation

For too long, we have been living and managing through the lens of scarcity and doing more with less. If we allow ourselves to instead plan and strive for abundance, what would that look like? What would abundance mean for survivors and advocates? Consider unique tools, new technologies, wellness within an organization or team, as well as tried and true approaches that your organization is proud to share. This can mean internal policies for employee and survivor caretaking, unique program services, best practices, and inclusivity at the forefront of service.

Summit Registration

Registration is now closed. Please contact us with any questions. Registration was $275 per attendee. Registration included A Day of Abundance, which was a conference day dedicated to self-care activities and caucus gatherings.
