Tarrant County, TX SafeHaven of Tarrant County, one of the larges domestic violence agencies in Texas, has provided comprehensive services to victims and their families for more than 35 years. With the announcement of Mary Lee Hafley’s retirement, the organization has retained Victory Search Group to lead the search for a new Chief Executive Officer. Building upon SafeHaven’s growth trajectory of the past several years, the new CEO will lead a team of 125 dedicated staff and hundreds of volunteers, and provide a strong strategic direction for the agency. Responsibilities also include overall executive leadership, fund development, financial management, community relations, and board relations.  The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, 10+ years of nonprofit professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a human services enterprise—and will demonstrate a passion for SafeHaven’s mission.
