Lifesaver Case Large

Washington, DC – An Indiegogo campaign launches today for the Lifesaver Case, a product aimed at giving users a quick-access option to contacting 911 in an emergency – without notifying an offender. It is similar to a variety of existing personal safety apps, with one key difference: it includes a hardcover case for the phone that works in concert with a downloaded app that utilizes e911 (Enhanced 911) to contact law enforcement silently.

The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) applauds innovations that are meant to empower survivors of abuse and provide them with tools to help maintain their safety. The Lifesaver Case is a unique product that may offer that. We are pleased to be working with this company to incorporate our safety & technology expertise. Their focus on safety and privacy for survivors is a crucial factor that will make this product helpful.
