July 2011:

• July 14-15: NNEDV HIV/AIDS & Domestic Violence Project and Coalition Capacity Project host a meeting on "HIV/AIDS & Domestic Violence" in San Francisco, CA for US state/territorial coalitions.
• July 23: No Woman, No Cry: Stop the Silence of Domestic Violence benefit fundraiser at P.J. Skidoos in Fairfax, VA (9 PM-close)

August 2011:

• August 8-9: NNEDV Coalition Capacity Project holds our Regional Meeting in Providence, RI for Northeast State Coalitions.
• August 8-12: NNEDV Safety Net Project presents our 9th annual "Technology Safety Training-of-Trainers (TOTv9)" (location TBD) for trainers from US state/territorial coalitions and national organizations representing  culturally specific and un/underserved populations.
• August 10-11: NNEDV Housing Project presents a webinar on "Domestic Violence & Gangs" for US DOJ OVW Transitional Housing Grantees.
• August 24-25: NNEDV Housing Project presents a webinar on "Serving the LGBT Community" for US DOJ OVW Recovery Act Transitional Housing Grantees.

September 2011:

• NNEDV Census Project runs the 6th annual "Domestic Violence Counts Census Day".  Exact date to be announced in August 2011. To learn more about the annual survey, read NNEDV's Census Reports.
• September 8-9: NNEDV Coalition Capacity Project holds our Regional Meeting in Kansas City, MO for Lower Midwest State Coalitions.
• September 13-15: NNEDV Housing Project presents a training on "Serving Survivors with Substance Abuse Issues" in Seattle, WA for US DOJ OVW Transitional Housing Grantees.
• September 18: 1st Annual No Woman, No Cry 5K Walk beginning at Forest Park High School in Woodbridge, VA (8:30-11:30 AM) - register online

October 2011: Domestic Violence Awareness Month

• October 11: NNEDV , in conjunction with Investigation Discovery, cordially invites you to a luncheon celebrating the television premiere of the award-winning documentary, SIN BY SILENCE. Click here to learn more.
• October 19-21: NNEDV Housing Project presents a training on "Domestic Violence, Trauma & Mental Health: Responding to Survivors and Their Children" in Boston, MA for US DOJ OVW Recovery Act Transitional Housing Grantees.

November 2011:

• November 2-4:  NNEDV's Community Engagement Day (Nov. 2) and Annual Roundtable Meeting (Nov. 3-4) in Phoenix, AZ for US state/territorial coalitions.

December 2011:

• December 5-7: NNEDV Housing Project presents the "Transitional Housing New Grantee Orientation" in Washington, DC for US DOJ OVW Transitional Housing Grantees.
• December 14-15: NNEDV Housing Project presents a webinar on "Dating VIolence and Serving Teens" for US DOJ OVW Recovery Act Transitional Housing Grantees.

2012:

NNEDV will post events sponsored by NNEDV and its member organizations on its website calendar. Other organizations may submit a request to post an event or events on the NNEDV website calendar by contacting NNEDV with information about the event. NNEDV will review such requests to determine whether they are appropriate for posting on the events calendar. NNEDV reserves the right to deny such requests on a case by case basis.
