Transitional Housing Specialist

Alisha is the Transitional Housing Specialist for NNEDV's Housing Project providing comprehensive technical assistance to over 150 transitional housing programs across the United States, focusing on services for survivors of domestic, sexual and dating violence, and stalking. Alisha has worked with and on behalf of survivors for over 7 years. In her previous work as a shelter and transitional housing advocate she provided counseling and support services to families that were homeless due to domestic and sexual violence. She has provided trainings for adults and youths on domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
